Claremont Medical and Rehabilitation continuously subjects its team to skill-enhancement training programs. This way, we can maintain the service quality we are highly applauded for.
All our Home Health Aides and Nursing Assistants attend over 76 hours of formal classroom training and hands-on practical experience. The sessions contain a summary of topics of prime significance in enhancing and developing a caregiver’s competency in giving quality care. During the training, trainees are expected to:
- Observe and perform proper responses to varying emergencies in the home care setting
- Apply the concepts in the active phase with precision and accuracy
- Pass written and skill evaluations
- Re-motivate themselves knowing that their patients are counting on them
