All our Home Health Aides and Nursing Assistants attend over 76 hours of formal classroom training and hands-on practical experience. The sessions contain a summary of topics of prime significance in enhancing and developing a caregiver’s competency in giving quality care. During the training, trainees are expected to:
- Observe and perform proper responses to varying emergencies in the home care setting
- Apply the concepts in the active phase with precision and accuracy
- Pass written and skill evaluations
- Re-motivate themselves knowing that their patients are counting on them
